Shipping Rate Table for USA & Canada*

Achewood Pint Set, $8.50 (US/Canada) / $14.00 (all other countries, airmail)
Achewood Skateboard, $10.00 (US/Canada) / $32.00 (all other countries, airmail)

International Shipping

If you live outside of the USA and Canada, shipping rates are based on United States Postal Service Air Mail averages. Shirts and books average $8USD to ship, while accessories are $2USD. Air Mail averages 4-7 days worldwide. For large overseas shipments, we may be able to refund some of your shipping fees if we can consolidate items into one box.

Returns and Exchanges

Items in original condition can be returned for either refund or exchange. Refund/exchange does not include cost of shipping. We cannot accept items which have gone through the wash or smell like your apartment. If you have a specific inquiry about your item once you have received it, please email us at orders(at)achewood(dot)com.

Shipment Method

We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail (domestic) and Air Mail (international). Our smaller accessory items (often indicated as "Free Shipping" for domestic orders) ship via USPS First Class mail to the USA, and via Air Mail abroad. These "Free shipping" items are marked as such on our accessories page. All USPS Priority packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation so that your items can be tracked.

Shipping Times

All orders typically ship within five business days. Personalized books may take slightly longer but on the whole Chris likes to wrap those up on a weekly basis.

If your payment is via "eCheck", we cannot not ship your merchandise until the payment clears.

Payment Info

PayPal

We are a Verified U.S. Business under PayPal's strict guidelines. PayPal members can shop our store with ease and security. Non-members can always safely shop with their credit card (see below).

Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards and use PayPal as our credit card processor. You are not required to join PayPal in order for them to process your credit card. PayPal's shopping cart is secure, fast, and easy to use.

Sales Tax

California Residents pay 8.25% sales tax. We then pass that money along to the state government in exchange for bumpy roads and Oakland.

Garment Info

Our Men's/Unisex Hoody is made by Hanes. They are a thick 90/10 Cotton/Poly blend. When necessary, essentially identical garments of equal or greater quality (manufactured by Russell Athletic, Port Authority, etc.) may be substituted. Please see our Sizing Chart (pop up window).

The bulk of our clothing is manufactured in the USA by AmericanApparel, a sweatshop-free company based in Los Angeles. AmericanApparel clothing has a sportier, more tailored look and feel, but standard sizing still applies. AmericanApparel clothing will shrink slightly if run through a hot dryer, so where in doubt either (a) line dry, or (b) order up a size. Please see our Sizing Chart (pop up window).
